Paul Hallier vs Ichiro Hirayama

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Himeji General Sports Center Colosseum, Himeji,  taking place on 24/11/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Hallier (8(4) - 0 - 1(NC)) who hails from Douala, Cameroon and Ichiro Hirayama(13 - 11 - 4) from Sapporo, Japan.  Both Hallier and Hirayama weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ryo Takano, and the three ringside judges are Jiro Mae, Ryo Ohara and Takeo Fukunaga.
