Waleed Merkulov vs Mikio Oye

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at International House Osaka, Osaka,  taking place on 25/11/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waleed Merkulov (11(5) - 0) who hails from Karagandy, Kazakhstan and Mikio Oye(12 - 15(1) - 2) from Toyohashi, Japan.  Both Merkulov and Oye weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Kamei, and the three ringside judges are Satoru Goda, Kei Ueda and Jun Nakahara.  

Round 1: 

Merkulov lands a stinging jab.
