Clinton Darroch vs Zack Perkins

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-California promoted show at Los Angeles Sanchez, Los Angeles,  taking place on 02/11/2031:

Clearly AI USA-California have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-California Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Clinton Darroch (15 - 15(1) - 4) who hails from Anaheim, USA and Zack Perkins(2 - 6(2) - 2 - 1(NC)) from Chula Vista, USA.  Darroch weighed in at 175 pounds, while Perkins weighed in at 176 pounds.    As Perkins came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Charlie Valdivia, and the three ringside judges are Ian Lin, Mark Rielly and Obaid Abdelnour.

Darroch sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Perkins attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref ignores Darroch's complaints and signals for the action to continue.
