Joey Mosima vs Danny Godana

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Kisumu Jepleting, Kisumu,  taking place on 02/12/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Kisumu Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joey Mosima (17(3) - 1(1)) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Danny Godana(21(5) - 5(1)) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Mosima and Godana weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Macgoye, and the three ringside judges are Udenwa Lalang, Arthur Wacera and Kendis Rimbui.  

Round 1: 

Mosima advances into close range.  As Mosima tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Godana dabs at his face checking for damage.
