Dylan Rury vs Mike Samson

Boxing Daily Report from the Sijabala Promotions promoted show at Bama Theatre, Tuscaloosa,  taking place on 05/12/2031:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-Deep South Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dylan Rury (14(4) - 2) who hails from Birmingham, USA and Mike Samson(23 - 6(1)) from Lafayette, USA.  Both Rury and Samson weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark Hush, and the three ringside judges are Seth Pyper, Inigo Denney and Zachary Stackpole.  

Round 1: 

Rury sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a solid cross.

Samson steps inside.  Rury knows Samson is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Rury lands three consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Rury is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Rury drives a weighty left uppercut into his opponents ribs.  DOWN GOES SAMSON!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  
Rury lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND KNOCKS SAMSON DOWN!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Rury!
