Qadir Dilbazi vs Behbud Azizbekov

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngambi Promotions promoted show at Baku Mirdjavadov, Baku,  taking place on 13/11/2031:

Clearly Ngambi Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Qadir Dilbazi (4 - 6(1) - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Behbud Azizbekov(1 - 6) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Dilbazi weighed in at 249 pounds and 8 ounces, while Azizbekov weighed in at 247 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Syed Azer, and the three ringside judges are Nariman Jafri, Hafiz Allahverdiev and Qudrat Faradjev.
