Pablo Mendes vs Ignado Sousa

Boxing Daily Report from the Nzeyi Promotions promoted show at Belo Horizonte Amado, Belo Horizonte,  taking place on 14/11/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Minas Gerais Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Pablo Mendes (11 - 17(1)) who hails from Belo Horizonte, Brazil and Ignado Sousa(13 - 16(1) - 7) from Belo Horizonte, Brazil.  Both Mendes and Sousa weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Venacio Parras, and the three ringside judges are Neron Socorro, Diego Pereira and Ignado Barca.  

Round 1: 

Mendes sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.
