Pedro Laygo vs Diego Mingo

Boxing Daily Report from the Maghakian Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Manganip, Cebu City,  taking place on 13/12/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Pedro Laygo (22 - 4) who hails from Antipolo, Philippines and Diego Mingo(21(1) - 1) from Mandaue, Philippines.  Both Laygo and Mingo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cris Merida, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Dimanlig, Hernan Maez and Porfio Larez.
