Johnny Cochren vs James Monhollen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Connecticut promoted show at James Speir Gym, New Haven,  taking place on 17/11/2031:

Clearly AI USA-Connecticut have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Connecticut Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Johnny Cochren (11 - 4 - 1) who hails from New Haven, USA and James Monhollen(21 - 16(4) - 2) from New Haven, USA.  Both Cochren and Monhollen weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jack Blaney, and the three ringside judges are Davie Maines, Dave Rennick and Jack Blaney.  

Round 1: 

Cochren voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Monhollen accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Cochren.  
Cochren steps to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Monhollen sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.
