Hitoshi Takata vs Hitoshi Yoshida

Boxing Daily Report from the Ayim Promotions promoted show at Isamu Arima Gym, Saitama,  taking place on 01/01/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hitoshi Takata (6 - 4) who hails from Sendai, Japan and Hitoshi Yoshida(7(3) - 0) from Himeji, Japan.  Both Takata and Yoshida weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hiro Murano, and the three ringside judges are Akira Nishimura, Satoru Yasui and Daichi Sada.  

Round 1: 

Yoshida lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Yoshida gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Yoshida steps inside and walks his opponent into a corner.  Yoshida pivots from in front of his opponent.  Yoshida lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Yoshida throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Yoshida is looking to close the distance and drives a sharp left hook into his opponents liver.  
Yoshida pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Yoshida walks his opponent into the corner.  Yoshida pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Yoshida lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Yoshida drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Takata steps to the outside and connects with a cross.  
Yoshida lands with a solid jab.  
Yoshida lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Yoshida lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Yoshida closes the distance and connects with a left hook.  
Yoshida lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Yoshida pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Takata tries to land a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Yoshida is looking to close the distance and drives a right hook into Takata's body.  
Yoshida is looking to close the distance and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Yoshida pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Yoshida pivots from in front of his opponent and connects with a sharp left uppercut.  
Takata attempts to land a left hook, but Yoshida sidesteps and counters with a WICKED cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE TAKATA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Yoshida senses Takata is in trouble...he is looking to finish him off!  Yoshida lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head, DROPPING TAKATA TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 5.  It looks like Takata has now recovered from that shot earlier.  
Yoshida pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Takata's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Takata's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Yoshida gets on the inside.  Takata throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a FIERCE left uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE TAKATA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Takata now seems to have his senses back.  
Takata hits home with a cross.  
Yoshida lands a right hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Takata attempts to land a right uppercut, but Yoshida slips the shot and counters with a HUGE cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE TAKATA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Yoshida EXPLODES a MASSIVE left hook into his opponents face.  TAKATA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  Takata now seems to have got his legs back.  
Yoshida closes the distance and manages to force Takata into the corner.  Yoshida lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Yoshida lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Takata lands a left hook.  Takata tries to land a jab, but Yoshida sidesteps and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Yoshida pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Takata quickly recovers. 
Yoshida steps inside.  Yoshida pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Takata is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Yoshida lands a cross followed by  two jabs to his opponents head.  
Yoshida closes the distance.  Takata connects with a right uppercut.  
Takata steps to the outside.  Yoshida quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Yoshida lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Takata's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Takata's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.

Yoshida pivots to the side of his opponent.  Yoshida attempts to land a left uppercut, but Takata blocks the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents body.

Yoshida senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Yoshida lands a cross to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body, AND TAKATA IS DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  
Yoshida lands a nasty cross.  TAKATA IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Yoshida!
