Boxing Daily Report from the Dana White promoted show at Richmond Farrish, Richmond,  taking place on 16/12/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joe Bell (14(3) - 1) who hails from Vancouver, Canada and David Harvey(16(1) - 1) from Vancouver, Canada.  Both Bell and Harvey weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Wark, and the three ringside judges are Noah Tedford, Paul Low and Jacob Peairs.
