Vashon Magqwaka vs Kwamin Wairimu

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at St. George's Park Cricket Ground, Port Elizabeth,  taking place on 17/01/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on M-Net, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vashon The Mad Duck Magqwaka (29(17) - 2) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Kwamin Wairimu(15(7) - 2(2)) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Both Magqwaka and Wairimu weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Mthethwa, and the three ringside judges are Udenwa Kpegah, Puleng Bungu and Ewan Nyauza.
