Santiago Tallon vs Jose Nova

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Mexico-Guerrero promoted show at Acapulco Granada, Acapulco,  taking place on 19/12/2031:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Tallon (32(24) - 4(4)) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Jose Nova(21(10) - 2 - 2) from Tehuacan, Mexico.  Both Tallon and Nova weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Frisco Estremera, and the three ringside judges are Alejandro Rayos, Carlos Jurado and Carlos Sancho.
