Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Kaya, Nairobi,  taking place on 21/12/2031:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bryan Mehta (15(1) - 6(2)) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Joel Cheromei(11 - 5 - 3) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Mehta weighed in at 146 pounds And 11 ounces, while Cheromei weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rehan Abed, and the three ringside judges are Duncan Wakihuri, Billy Tumbo and Richie Bitok.
