Vasyl Kozuch vs Fedor Gurka

Boxing Daily Report from the RCB promoted show at Zaporizhia Mudry, Zaporizhia,  taking place on 30/12/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ukraine-Zaporizhia Oblast Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ukraine Power Vasyl Kozuch (26(11) - 7) who hails from Zaporizhia, Ukraine and Fedor Gurka(11 - 6 - 3) from Zaporizhia, Ukraine.  Both Kozuch and Gurka weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Matviyko Denys, and the three ringside judges are Viktor Shevchenko, Fedya Sigachev and Vasyl Bartosh.  

Round 1: 

Kozuch closes the distance and lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kozuch lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Kozuch ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Kozuch pushes his forearm into Gurka's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kozuch about fouling.  
Kozuch lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Gurka pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a cross.  
Kozuch is looking to close the distance.  Gurka throws a right hook, but Kozuch holds on to his opponent.  Kozuch pushes his forearm into Gurka's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kozuch.  
Kozuch digs in a solid left hook to Gurka's body.  
Kozuch gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Kozuch lands a sharp right hook.  
Kozuch lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Gurka pivots to the right of his opponent.  Gurka tries to land a jab, but Kozuch slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kozuch gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Kozuch lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  Kozuch holds on to his opponent.  Kozuch leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Kozuch connects with a right hook.  
Kozuch lands with a ramrod jab.  Kozuch tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kozuch closes the distance.  Kozuch pivots to the right of his opponent.  Kozuch digs in a stinging left hook to Gurka's body.  Kozuch holds on to his opponent.  Kozuch leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Kozuch lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kozuch gets on the inside and walks his opponent into a neutral corner.  Kozuch sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gurka hits home with a left hook.  Gurka tries to land a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a solid left hook.  
Kozuch sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Kozuch lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Kozuch lands a left uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Gurka's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Gurka's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Gurka's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

Kozuch steps inside and lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS GURKA TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  Gurka recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Kozuch lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kozuch hits home with a right hook.  
Kozuch lands a solid left uppercut.  
Kozuch is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Kozuch lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kozuch gets on the inside and walks Gurka onto the ropes.  Kozuch digs in a sharp right uppercut to Gurka's body.  
Kozuch lands a right uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Gurka quickly recovers. 
Gurka steps to the outside and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Kozuch drives a left uppercut into Gurka's body.  
Kozuch lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Gurka lands with a sharp jab.  
Kozuch is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kozuch throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kozuch advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right uppercut.  
Kozuch digs in a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Kozuch is on target with a left hook to Gurka's body.

Kozuch steps inside.  Gurka pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gurka throws a left hook, but Kozuch holds on to his opponent.  Kozuch throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Kozuch.  
Kozuch is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND DOWN GOES GURKA!  He is unable to get up before the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Kozuch!
