Rico Marcos vs Rodrigo Negron

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Zulia promoted show at Maracaibo Ruiz, Maracaibo,  taking place on 01/01/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Zulia Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rico Marcos (11 - 17(4) - 3) who hails from Maracaibo, Venezuela and Rodrigo Negron(7 - 4(1) - 5) from Maracaibo, Venezuela.  Both Marcos and Negron weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jose Monzon, and the three ringside judges are Jose Monzon, Juan Herrero and Alejandro Rayo.
