Oihane Mercado vs Ximen Jordan

Boxing Daily Report from the Nawanoma Promotions promoted show at Quito Ortiz, Quito,  taking place on 17/01/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Oihane Mercado (12(9) - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo, Ecuador and Ximen Jordan(10 - 8(3)) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Mercado and Jordan weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Rolon, and the three ringside judges are Manuel Moralez, Cris Lainez and Ora Urrea.  

Round 1: 

Mercado advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Jordan throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Mercado drives a stinging right hook into Jordan's ribs.

Mercado forces Jordan to back into the ropes.  Mercado connects with a stinging left hook.  Mercado holds on to his opponent.  Mercado leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Mercado's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mercado digs in a firm left hook to Jordan's body.  
Mercado lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Mercado drives a left hook into his opponents body.

Mercado manages to force Jordan onto the ropes.  Mercado lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.
