Santiago Velasquez vs Cipriano Barrero

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at San Jose Redondo, San Jose,  taking place on 12/12/2031:

Clearly AI Costa Rica-San Jose have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Santiago Velasquez (9 - 1 - 2) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Cipriano Barrero(7(6) - 1 - 1) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Velasquez and Barrero weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pancho Marroquin, and the three ringside judges are Ramirez Villalta, Kiki Briones and Marco Leo.
