Edward MacDonald vs Steven Quirk

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Wisconsin promoted show at Jamie Lessels Gym, Madison,  taking place on 12/01/2032:

Clearly AI USA-Wisconsin have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Wisconsin Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Edward MacDonald (3 - 4 - 2) who hails from Milwaukee, USA and Steven Quirk(8 - 0 - 3) from Milwaukee, USA.  MacDonald weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces, while Quirk weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Andy Mateer, and the three ringside judges are John Peart, Noah Nevins and Davie Ugbusien.  

Round 1: 

MacDonald throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut to MacDonald's ribs.  
Quirk is on target with a right hook to MacDonald's body.

MacDonald quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  As Quirk tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as MacDonald dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to MacDonald.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Quirk is on target with a jab.  
Quirk feints a left, and then tries to land a jab, but MacDonald sidesteps and counters with a cross.
