Uang Tai vs Xin Gam

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Hunan promoted show at Fo-hai Tsui Gym, Changsha,  taking place on 14/01/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Hunan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Uang Tai (6 - 7(1) - 4) who hails from Changsha, China and Xin Gam(6 - 7 - 1) from Changsha, China.  Both Tai and Gam weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ho Pai, and the three ringside judges are Woo Yoong, Hui-chao Ng and Liko Nga.  

Round 1: 

Gam is looking to keep his distance.  Tai hits home with a cross.  
Gam is looking to close the distance.  Gam pivots from in front of his opponent.  Tai tries to land a right hook, but Gam blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Tai gets on the inside.  Gam quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tai quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Gam drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Gam voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Tai accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Gam.  
Gam hits home with a cross.  
Gam is looking to close the distance.  As Gam tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Tai dabs at his face checking for damage.
