Premnath Rao vs Asif Sharif

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Delhi promoted show at Chiranjeevi Zivarattinam Gym, New Delhi,  taking place on 20/12/2031:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Delhi Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Premnath Rao (2 - 15 - 2) who hails from New Delhi, India and Asif Sharif(10 - 12 - 5) from New Delhi, India.  Rao weighed in at 232 pounds and 13 ounces, while Sharif weighed in at 232 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Atif Mostafa, and the three ringside judges are Malik Baten, Gautam Trivedi and Vijay Kedia.
