Amer Tagirov vs Waqar Emami

Boxing Daily Report from the Andoh Promotions promoted show at Umair Rahmanzade Gym, Tabriz,  taking place on 20/12/2031:

Clearly Andoh Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Iran-East Azerbaijan Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amer Tagirov (6 - 7 - 1) who hails from Tabriz, Iran and Waqar Emami(11 - 14(2) - 1) from Tabriz, Iran.  Tagirov weighed in at 244 pounds, while Emami weighed in at 232 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zain Topchubashov, and the three ringside judges are Shayan Galla, Kamran Diab and Danyaal Topchibashev.
