Leighton Chemutai vs Jonathan Chhabra

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Kisumu promoted show at Arali Kanda Gym, Kisumu,  taking place on 21/12/2031:

Clearly AI Kenya-Kisumu have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Kisumu Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Chemutai (4(2) - 0) who hails from Kisumu, Kenya and Jonathan Chhabra(12 - 7 - 4) from Kisumu, Kenya.  Both Chemutai and Chhabra weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kendis Rimbui, and the three ringside judges are Mark Lavatsa, Udenwa Lalang and David Macgoye.  

Round 1: 

Chemutai steps to the outside and is on target with a cross to Chhabra's body.

Chemutai leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Chemutai's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
