Joey Kipterege vs Ricky Gitonga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Amon Akaranga Gym, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 21/12/2031:

Clearly AI Kenya-Machakos have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Machakos Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joey Kipterege (1 - 5 - 3) who hails from Athi River, Kenya and Ricky Gitonga(11 - 5(2) - 4) from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya.  Kipterege weighed in at 126 pounds, while Gitonga weighed in at 125 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sam Mwiria, and the three ringside judges are Sam Adoyo, Vashon Magut and Noah Komon.
