Carlos Davalos vs Juan Polon

Boxing Daily Report from the Kajoba Promotions promoted show at Torreon Zenon, Torreon,  taking place on 22/01/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Coahuila Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Davalos (7 - 6(1) - 3) who hails from Saltillo, Mexico and Juan Polon(1 - 9 - 4) from Torreon, Mexico.  Davalos weighed in at 232 pounds And 11 ounces, while Polon weighed in at 245 pounds And 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dimos Lona, and the three ringside judges are Rio Milan, Xaverius Montera and Selestino Briones.

Polon is looking to close the distance and manouvers Davalos into a corner.  As Polon tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Davalos.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.
