Waqas Allam vs Robert Mpuga

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Northern Region promoted show at Lira Rubadiri, Lira,  taking place on 28/12/2031:

Clearly AI Uganda-Northern Region have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Northern Region Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqas Allam (8 - 7(1) - 7) who hails from Gulu, Uganda and Robert Mpuga(7 - 6 - 1) from Gulu, Uganda.  Both Allam and Mpuga weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Declan Mukooza, and the three ringside judges are Greg Kibaki, Majid Aman and Chata Kabonero.  

Round 1:
