Michael Nieves vs Jacob Gordon

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Centennial Gardens, Bakersfield,  taking place on 10/04/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Michael Nieves (32(20) - 3(2)) who hails from Long Beach, USA and Jacob Gordon(25(2) - 2(1)) from Anchorage, USA.  Both Nieves and Gordon weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mason Boyter, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Abdelnour, Lewis Suttie and Vicente Salido.  

Round 1:
