Stephen Coppin vs Sid Kissick

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-New Mexico promoted show at Albuquerque Lothian, Albuquerque,  taking place on 30/12/2031:

Clearly AI USA-New Mexico have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New Mexico Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Stephen Coppin (7 - 17 - 1) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and Sid Kissick(7 - 0) from Albuquerque, USA.  Both Coppin and Kissick weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gus Maddix, and the three ringside judges are Danyaal Zehri, Kris Lorimer and Rob Guerrero.  

Round 1: 

Coppin is looking to keep his distance and finds the target with a jab.  
Kissick closes the distance and walks Coppin into the corner.  Kissick lands a right uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the head.

Coppin throws a right uppercut, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Kissick ties up his opponent.  Kissick leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Coppin's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Coppin's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Coppin's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body, AND DROPS COPPIN TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Kissick lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body, AND COPPIN IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Kissick slams a hurtful right uppercut into Coppin's body.  COPPIN IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE ISNT GOING TO BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Kissick!
