Ian McQuilkin vs Theo Sayer

Boxing Daily Report from the Najjemba Promotions promoted show at Borko Jakovljevic Gym, Durham,  taking place on 30/12/2031:

Clearly Najjemba Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-North Carolina Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian McQuilkin (5 - 9(1) - 3) who hails from Raleigh, USA and Theo Sayer(14(2) - 4 - 1) from Charlotte, USA.  McQuilkin weighed in at 167 pounds and 10 ounces, while Sayer weighed in at 167 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is James Spence, and the three ringside judges are John MacNaughton, Jack Cameron and Paul Gath.  

Round 1: 

Sayer gets on the inside and tries to land a left hook, but McQuilkin sidesteps and counters with a cross.
