Hugh Mulligan vs Amer Shafi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Virginia promoted show at Richmond Cleary, Richmond,  taking place on 31/12/2031:

Clearly AI USA-Virginia have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Virginia Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hugh Mulligan (11 - 4) who hails from Virginia Beach, USA and Amer Shafi(2 - 8(1)) from Norfolk, USA.  Both Mulligan and Shafi weighed in at 122 pounds.
