Mortimer Phalle vs Pernell Halimi

Boxing Daily Report from the Belpit Promo #5 promoted show at Country Hall Ethias Liege, Liege,  taking place on 07/02/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mortimer Ramrod Phalle (12(10) - 0) who hails from Port-de-Paix, Haiti and Pernell Halimi(5 - 5 - 3) from Anderlecht, Belgium.  Phalle weighed in at 115 pounds, while Halimi weighed in at 114 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gauvain Gladieux, and the three ringside judges are Gauvain Gladieux, Rance Corneille and Marvel Bobet.  

Round 1: 

Phalle gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Phalle is on target with a hurtful right hook.  HALIMI IS HURT!  Phalle holds on to his opponent.  Phalle pushes his forearm into Halimi's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  Halimi recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Phalle advances into close range and throws a right hook, but the shot is blocked.  Phalle holds on to his opponent.  Phalle is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Phalle and breaks the clinch.  
Halimi steps away from his opponent.  Phalle lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Phalle throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  Halimi almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Phalle is on target with a right hook to Halimi's body.  
Halimi throws a right hook, but Phalle holds on to his opponent.  Phalle leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Phalle's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Phalle manouvers Halimi onto the ropes.  Phalle lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Phalle clinches his opponent.  Phalle leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Phalle finds the target with a jab.  
Phalle advances into close range and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Halimi steps to the outside.  Phalle lands a straight 1 - 2.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Halimi recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Halimi steps to the outside.  Phalle connects with a cross.  
Phalle advances into close range and lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Halimi switches the action to the outside.  Phalle stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Phalle lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He then lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND HALIMI IS DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  
Phalle digs in a forceful left hook to his opponents body.  HALIMI IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Halimi now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Phalle is looking to close the distance and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  Phalle ties up his opponent.  Phalle throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Halimi is looking to keep his distance.  Phalle throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Phalle steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS HALIMI SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Phalle!
