Takeshi Koizumi vs Nao Shimabukuro

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Kyoto promoted show at Hotel Nikko Princess, Kyoto,  taking place on 18/02/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Japan-Kyoto Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Takeshi Koizumi (8(1) - 3(1)) who hails from Kyoto, Japan and Nao Shimabukuro(22 - 6(2) - 3) from Kyoto, Japan.  Koizumi weighed in at 200 pounds, while Shimabukuro weighed in at 201 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mikio Nagata, and the three ringside judges are Kenji Fujimoto, Naoki Kawasaki and Takeshi Shimizu.  

Round 1: 

Koizumi is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
