Cruz Cerrillo vs Selestino Menchaca

Boxing Daily Report from the Kwofie Promotions promoted show at Ximen Fuentes Gym, Mexicali,  taking place on 20/02/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cruz Cerrillo (13 - 11 - 6) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and Selestino Menchaca(10 - 20(1) - 6) from Mexicali, Mexico.  Cerrillo weighed in at 247 pounds and 11 ounces, while Menchaca weighed in at 226 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joaquin Macario, and the three ringside judges are Reynaldo Castano, Angel Carpio and Santiago Ponce.
