Evgeny Lapshin vs Viktor Shutkov

Boxing Daily Report from the Tamanyan Promotions promoted show at Fadei Golub Gym, Engels,  taking place on 23/02/2032:

Clearly Tamanyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Saratov Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Evgeny Lapshin (13 - 14(1) - 6) who hails from Engels, Russia and Viktor Shutkov(22 - 10(2)) from Saratov, Russia.  Both Lapshin and Shutkov weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alik Savrasenko, and the three ringside judges are Vasili Tretiak, Arseni Ignatiev and Daniil Sobolev.
