Carlos Buelna vs Angel Macho

Boxing Daily Report from the Mugyenyi Promotions promoted show at Reynosa Cancel, Reynosa,  taking place on 24/02/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Tamaulipas Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Buelna (17(2) - 1 - 4) who hails from Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and Angel Macho(11 - 4) from Reynosa, Mexico.  Buelna weighed in at 134 pounds and 6 ounces, while Macho weighed in at 134 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Lopez, and the three ringside judges are Selestino Berlanga, Xeres Sevilla and Juan Alvarez.  

Round 1: 

Buelna gets on the inside and connects with a left hook.  
Buelna is on target with a firm cross.  
Buelna lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Buelna closes the distance and lands a left hook.  
Buelna lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Buelna steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Buelna ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Buelna pushes his forearm into Macho's face.  The referee warns Buelna and breaks the clinch.  
Buelna steps inside and digs in a stinging left hook to his opponents liver.  
Buelna lowers his guard, attempting to draw a lead.  Macho finds the target with a jab.  
Buelna advances into close range and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Buelna advances into close range and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Macho throws a left hook, but Buelna clinches his opponent.  Buelna leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Buelna's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Buelna lands a left hook followed by  two left uppercuts to his opponents body.

Buelna forces Macho to retreat into the red corner.  Buelna lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Buelna holds on to his opponent.  Buelna uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Macho behind the head. Buelna is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Macho switches the action to the outside.  Buelna lands a cross, overhand left and a cross to his opponents head.  
Buelna closes the distance.  Buelna quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Buelna is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Buelna forces Macho to back into a corner.  Buelna lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Buelna digs in a right hook to Macho's body.

Buelna pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a right hook.  
Buelna sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body, AND MACHO IS DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 7.  
Buelna is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Buelna steps inside.  Buelna lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND MACHO IS DOWN!  The ref does not even bother with the count...he's seen enough!  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Buelna dabs at his face checking for damage.  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Buelna!
