Jack Wathen vs Brett Delaney

Boxing Daily Report from the Mr. Vicious promoted show at National Stadium, Dublin,  taking place on 29/02/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Jack Wathen (3(2) - 0) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Brett Delaney(16 - 2 - 4) from Dublin, Ireland.  Both Wathen and Delaney weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rory Carver, and the three ringside judges are Jason Orman, Michael Corcoran and Lee Beirne.

Wathen is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Wathen lands a cross followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head, AND DROPS DELANEY!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 7.  Delaney now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Delaney lands a jab.  
Wathen closes the distance.  Delaney quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Delaney lands a left hook.  Wathen ties up his opponent.  Wathen pushes his forearm into Delaney's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.
