Bart Kitchings vs Daniel Hesson

Boxing Daily Report from the Bhengu Promotions promoted show at Roger Lang Gym, Lexington,  taking place on 27/02/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Kentucky Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Bart Kitchings (7 - 13(2) - 1) who hails from Louisville, USA and Daniel Hesson(12 - 13 - 3) from Louisville, USA.  Kitchings weighed in at 160 pounds, while Hesson weighed in at 159 pounds and 1 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Mark Malis, and the three ringside judges are Hugh Days, Paul Edgar and Will Edington.  

Round 1: 

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Hesson dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Hesson tries to keep the action at long range and lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hesson advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Kitchings sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Hesson connects with a left hook.  Kitchings ties up his opponent.  Kitchings is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Kitchings's trainer is advising how he could improve the accuracy of his work.  Hesson's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.

Kitchings advances into close range.  Hesson pivots from in front of his opponent.  Kitchings is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Kitchings clinches his opponent.  Hesson uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Kitchings's kidney. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Hesson is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kitchings tries to land an overhand right, but Hesson dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Hesson advances into close range.  Hesson pivots to the side of his opponent.  Hesson throws a left hook, but Kitchings ties up his opponent.  Kitchings is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kitchings about fouling.  
Hesson pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  As Hesson tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Kitchings dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Kitchings.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Hesson gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Kitchings in the corner.  Hesson pivots from in front of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Hesson pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a cross.  
Kitchings goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Hesson's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Hesson pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Hesson is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Hesson stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Kitchings throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Kitchings is looking to close the distance and tries to land a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.
