Kanja Beharry vs Abdul Azizi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Johor promoted show at Rehan Jafari Gym, Johor Bahru,  taking place on 27/02/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia-Johor Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kanja Beharry (14 - 19(1) - 2) who hails from Johor Bahru, Malaysia and Abdul Azizi(7(6) - 1) from Johor Bahru, Malaysia.  Beharry weighed in at 112 pounds, while Azizi weighed in at 111 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Azam Hamdan, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Sabet, Khalid Lodhi and Saad Hassan.  

Round 1: 

Azizi steps inside.  Beharry throws a right hook, but Azizi ties up his opponent.  Azizi pushes his forearm into Beharry's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Azizi about fouling.  
Azizi lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Beharry throws a left hook, but Azizi holds on to his opponent.  Beharry is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Azizi's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Azizi is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a sharp jab.  
Azizi is looking to close the distance.  Azizi pivots to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into Beharry's ribcage.  
Beharry attempts to land a right hook, but Azizi parries the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Beharry is looking to close the distance.  Azizi lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Beharry recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Azizi steps away from his opponent and lands a cross, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Beharry advances into close range and throws a left hook, but Azizi clinches his opponent.  Azizi leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Azizi lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Azizi lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Azizi pivots to the right of his opponent.  Azizi drives a firm left uppercut into Beharry's body.  Azizi clinches his opponent.  Azizi leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Azizi is on target with a right hook.  
Azizi steps inside and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Azizi throws a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Azizi feints a right hook, and then hits home with a sharp cross.  
Azizi gets on the inside.  Azizi drives a solid right hook into Beharry's body.  Azizi wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Beharry dabs at his face checking for damage.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Beharry.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Azizi lands a cross, left uppercut and a cross to his opponents head.  
Azizi steps to the outside.  Azizi feints a cross, and then is on target with a jab to his opponents body.  
Beharry lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Beharry closes the distance.  Azizi hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Azizi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.  
Azizi pivots to the left of his opponent.  Azizi lands a sharp left hook.  Azizi clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Azizi tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Beharry closes the distance.  Azizi throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Azizi steps to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Beharry's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Beharry's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Beharry sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Azizi EXPLODES a HUGE left hook into his opponents face.  BEHARRY IS HURT!  Beharry quickly recovers. 
Azizi lands a double right hook to his opponents head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Azizi is really starting to turn up the heat!  He senses a stoppage here.  Azizi lands a cross, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Azizi!
