Angel Canada vs Diego Pita

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Aragua promoted show at Turmero Fabela, Turmero,  taking place on 02/03/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Venezuela-Aragua Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Meridiano TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Angel Canada (20(9) - 0) who hails from Turmero, Venezuela and Diego Pita(15 - 8(1) - 5) from Maracay, Venezuela.  Canada weighed in at 134 pounds and 8 ounces, while Pita weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Laurel, and the three ringside judges are Nicandro Callejas, Dimos Fiel and Santiago Camarillo.  

Round 1: 

Pita lands a jab.  
Canada is looking to close the distance.  Pita pivots from in front of his opponent.  Pita throws a right hook, but Canada clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Canada pushes his forearm into Pita's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Canada to stop fouling.  
Canada gets on the inside.  Pita throws a right hook, but Canada ties up his opponent.  Canada is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Canada steps inside and manouvers Pita onto the ropes.  Canada throws a right hook, but his opponent avoids the punch.  Canada holds on to his opponent.  Canada leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Canada quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Canada lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Canada holds on to his opponent.  Canada is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Pita quickly recovers. 
Canada is on target with a solid right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Canada lands a left hook to the body followed by two right hook's to the head.  
Canada lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND PITA IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 4.  Canada clinches his opponent.  Canada leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  Pita almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Canada lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  He then lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Canada closes the distance.  Pita sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Canada connects with a solid left hook.  
Canada closes the distance.  Pita pivots to the right of his opponent.  Canada lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents head.  
Canada connects with a nasty cross.  PITA IS HURT!  Pita almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Pita pivots to the right of his opponent.  Canada lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Canada walks Pita down, trapping him on the ropes.  Canada lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DROPS PITA!  He manages to get up at 5.  
Canada thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Pita away.  Canada lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body, AND DROPS PITA!  The ref immediately waves off the fight...he's seen enough!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Canada!
