Carlos Ruedas vs Baltasar Castillo

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at El Velodromo Teo Caprile, Caracas,  taking place on 29/02/2032:

Clearly Pacific and Andean Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Carlos Ruedas (0 - 0) who hails from Maracay, Venezuela and Baltasar Castillo(5 - 17 - 5) from Los Teques, Venezuela.  Both Ruedas and Castillo weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montana Parco, and the three ringside judges are Noe Leyva, Orlando Huertas and Baltasar Varon.
