Cipriano Mellado vs Rich Troup

Boxing Daily Report from the Showtime Promotions promoted show at Aviator Court, New York City,  taking place on 04/03/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Mellado (10(2) - 2 - 2) who hails from Montevideo, Uruguay and Rich Troup(10 - 8(1) - 3) from Charlotte, USA.  Both Mellado and Troup weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joseph Maready, and the three ringside judges are Massimo Alemanno, Gethin Ranieri and Hugh Harrier.  

Round 1: 

Mellado closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  Mellado clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Mellado pushes his forearm into Troup's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Mellado.  
Mellado lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mellado lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  Mellado ties up his opponent.  Mellado pushes his forearm into Troup's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mellado lands a right uppercut, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Mellado holds on to his opponent.  Mellado leans on his opponent using all his weight. Mellado tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Troup behind the head. Troup quickly recovers. 
Mellado is on target with a firm right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Mellado quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Mellado drives a right hook into his opponents ribs.  
Mellado connects with a cross.  
Troup steps away from his opponent.  Troup sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Troup tries to land a jab, but Mellado sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Mellado lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mellado lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mellado is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents body.  
Mellado lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mellado lands a right hook.  
Mellado drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Troup's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Troup's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Mellado advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to Troup's body.  
Mellado lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He then lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Mellado digs in a right hook to Troup's ribs.  
Mellado lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Troup switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand right.  
Mellado pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a sharp right hook.  
Mellado advances into close range and lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Mellado lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Troup switches the action to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Mellado closes the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Mellado manouvers Troup into the corner.  Mellado is looking to put the pressure on now...he knows a few clean shots could mean an early night.  Mellado lands a left uppercut, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body, AND DROPS TROUP TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  It looks like Troup has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Mellado hits home with a left hook.  Mellado tries to land a right uppercut, but Troup blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Mellado advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Mellado ties up his opponent.  Mellado is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. As they grapple, Mellado pushes his forearm into Troup's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Mellado about fouling.  
Mellado lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  
Mellado lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Mellado senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Mellado lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a right hook to the body.  He then lands a right uppercut, left hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Mellado advances into close range.  Mellado whips in a DESTRUCTIVE right uppercut to Troup's ribs.  TROUP IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  THE REF DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THE COUNT...HE'S SEEN ENOUGH AND HAS STOPPED THE FIGHT!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Mellado!
