Carlos Garcia vs Edward McConnel

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Tillysburn Park Stadium, Belfast,  taking place on 26/03/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Carlos Fist of Garcia (15(10) - 0) who hails from London, UK and Edward McConnel(8 - 12 - 1) from London, UK.  Garcia weighed in at 114 pounds And 6 ounces, while McConnel weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Hastie, and the three ringside judges are Brett Lannon, Ian Casey and Anthony McCabe.  

Round 1: 

Garcia is looking to close the distance and connects with a stinging left hook.  Garcia clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Garcia pushes his forearm into McConnel's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Garcia to stop fouling.  
Garcia steps inside.  McConnel throws a left hook, but Garcia holds on to his opponent.  Garcia leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Garcia throws a left uppercut, but his opponent parries the shot.  Garcia clinches his opponent.  Garcia is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Garcia is looking to close the distance and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
McConnel lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Garcia steps away from his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
McConnel pivots to the right of his opponent.  Garcia connects with a sharp right uppercut.  
McConnel closes the distance.  Garcia lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Garcia drives a left hook into McConnel's liver.  
Garcia lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
McConnel advances into close range and forces Garcia to back into the ropes.  Garcia hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Garcia gets on the inside and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Garcia attempts to land a right uppercut, but McConnel blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  McConnel recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Garcia lands a right hook.  
Garcia lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands two left uppercuts followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  McConnel recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Garcia lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Garcia digs in a left hook to McConnel's body.  
Garcia gets on the inside and walks McConnel down, trapping him in a corner.  Garcia lands a spiteful right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE MCCONNEL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  McConnel recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Garcia steps away from his opponent.  Garcia sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Garcia is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Garcia lands a left hook, right hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Garcia lands a right hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Garcia lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  Garcia ties up his opponent.  The ref breaks Garcia's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Garcia switches the action to the outside and lands with a spiteful jab.  
Garcia gets on the inside.  Garcia sidesteps to the right of his opponent and SLAMS a BRUTAL left hook into his opponents face.  IT LOOKS LIKE MCCONNEL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Garcia thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put McConnel away.  Garcia lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands a left uppercut, left hook and a cross to his opponents head.  The winner by KO is Garcia!
