Ignado Cartaya vs Lisandro Napoleon

Boxing Daily Report from the JSW promoted show at Velodromo Luis Carlos Galan, Bogota,  taking place on 12/04/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ignado Cartaya (12(7) - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Lisandro Napoleon(19 - 7 - 4) from Bogota, Colombia.  Cartaya weighed in at 108 pounds, while Napoleon weighed in at 107 pounds And 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Seferino Enrique, and the three ringside judges are Cisco Osorio, Baltasar Cuadrado and Vicente Vital.  

Round 1: 

Cartaya advances into close range and drives a sharp left hook into his opponents ribs.  Cartaya ties up his opponent.  Cartaya pushes his forearm into Napoleon's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Cartaya quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Cartaya digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Cartaya ties up his opponent.  Cartaya leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Cartaya drives a left hook into his opponents body.  Cartaya ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Cartaya pushes his forearm into Napoleon's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cartaya.  
Cartaya walks Napoleon into the corner.  Cartaya lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Napoleon recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Napoleon's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Napoleon's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Napoleon's trainer is advising how he could improve his defence.

Cartaya knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Cartaya lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS NAPOLEON TO THE CANVAS!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  It looks like Napoleon has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.
