Alejandro Gascon vs Vidal Davalos

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Melena, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 12/03/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Gascon (12 - 10(2) - 3) who hails from Santo Domingo Oeste, Dominican Republic and Vidal Davalos(19(3) - 5 - 1) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Both Gascon and Davalos weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paco Cantero, and the three ringside judges are Federico Carmen, Enzo Montes and Diego Torno.  

Round 1: 

Davalos pivots from in front of his opponent.  Davalos tries to land a cross, but Gascon sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Gascon has been damaged by the clash of heads.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Davalos hits home with a ramrod jab.  
Davalos lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Davalos advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the head, AND DROPS GASCON TO THE CANVAS!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Davalos!
