Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at The Apollo, Manchester,  taking place on 31/03/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aron Couch (12(7) - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Bristol, UK and Ashley Weir(14 - 17(1) - 5) from London, UK.  Both Couch and Weir weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Angus Heriot, and the three ringside judges are Alexander McClenny, Paul McIver and Robert Ewings.  

Round 1: 

Couch gets on the inside and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a left hook to his opponents head.  
Couch lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Couch clinches his opponent.  Couch pushes his forearm into Weir's face.  The ref breaks Couch's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Couch is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  Couch clinches his opponent.  Couch is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Couch.  Couch tries to land a right uppercut, but Weir blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Couch lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Couch advances into close range and lands a right hook.  Couch holds on to his opponent.  Couch leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

The referee breaks the clinch and warns Couch to stop fouling.  Couch attempts to land a right hook, but Weir blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Couch gets on the inside.  Couch thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Weir away.  Couch lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head, AND WEIR IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He isnt going to beat the count!  The winner by KO is Couch!
