Joaquin Adan vs Urvano Cadiz

Boxing Daily Report from the Nawanoma Promotions promoted show at Quito Leo, Quito,  taking place on 16/02/2032:

Clearly Nawanoma Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joaquin Adan (23 - 12(2) - 3) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Urvano Cadiz(28(11) - 2(1)) from Quito, Ecuador.  Adan weighed in at 140 pounds And 15 ounces, while Cadiz weighed in at 140 pounds.    As Adan came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Manuel Moralez, and the three ringside judges are Neper Cifuentes, Jose Buitrago and Cris Lainez.  

Round 1: 

Cadiz gets on the inside and is on target with a firm right hook to his opponents body.  Cadiz clinches his opponent.  Cadiz tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Adan's kidney. As they grapple, Cadiz pushes his forearm into Adan's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Cadiz.  
Cadiz lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cadiz lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Cadiz is on target with a solid right hook to his opponents body.  Cadiz clinches his opponent.  Cadiz leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Adan uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Cadiz behind the head. 
Cadiz lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  Cadiz clinches his opponent.  Cadiz leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Cadiz is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Cadiz about fouling.

Cadiz steps inside and digs in a right hook to Adan's body.  Cadiz holds on to his opponent.  Cadiz tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Adan's kidney. Cadiz is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Cadiz tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Adan behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Adan tries to keep the action at long range.  Cadiz hits home with an overhand right.  
Adan advances into close range.  Cadiz sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Cadiz connects with a VICIOUS right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE ADAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Adan recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Adan pivots from in front of his opponent.  Cadiz lands a firm left hook.  
Cadiz lands a jab to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Adan's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Adan's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Adan's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

Cadiz is looking to close the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Cadiz lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Adan is looking to keep the action on the outside and connects with a cross.  
Adan tries to land a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a FIERCE right uppercut.  IT LOOKS LIKE ADAN WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Cadiz advances into close range.  Cadiz knows it could take just a few clean shots to force the stoppage.  Cadiz lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head, KNOCKING ADAN DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 7.  
Cadiz lands a nasty left hook.  ADAN IS SENT SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  HE REMAINS ON THE CANVAS AS THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Cadiz!
