Rio Rendon vs Porfio Salcedo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Guayaquil Carmona, Guayaquil,  taking place on 18/03/2032:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rio Rendon (23(6) - 2(1) - 1) who hails from Guayaquil, Ecuador and Porfio Salcedo(22 - 11(4) - 5) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Both Rendon and Salcedo weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Tamez, and the three ringside judges are Pedro Solis, Dario Ramirez and Angel Chavana.  

Round 1: 

Salcedo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rendon tries to land a cross, but Salcedo blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Salcedo is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Rendon feints a cross, tricking Salcedo into throwing a left hook counter.  Rendon avoids the shot and counters with a right hook.

Rendon steps inside.  Salcedo throws a right hook, but Rendon ties up his opponent.  Rendon is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Rendon to stop fouling.

Rendon steps inside.  Rendon pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.

Salcedo lands a cross.  
Rendon closes the distance.  Rendon pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.
