Saturnin Mojica vs Santiago Cubero

Boxing Daily Report from the Quainoo Promotions promoted show at San Luis Potosi Ossa, San Luis Potosi,  taking place on 25/03/2032:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-San Luis Potosi Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Saturnin Mojica (17 - 0) who hails from Soledad de Graciano Sanchez, Mexico and Santiago Cubero(10 - 6 - 7) from San Luis Potosi, Mexico.  Both Mojica and Cubero weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Selestino Bolanos, and the three ringside judges are Diego Valdovinos, Fanuco Casado and Sierra Otero.  

Round 1: 

Mojica sidesteps to the left of his opponent and finds the target with a ramrod jab.  
Mojica steps to the outside.  Mojica feints a left, and then lands a ramrod jab.  
Cubero advances into close range.  Mojica sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Cubero hits home with a right hook.  
Mojica steps away from his opponent and strikes his opponents body with a jab.  
Cubero is looking to close the distance.  Mojica leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Cubero throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to Cubero's ribs.

Cubero steps inside.  Mojica hits home with a firm right uppercut.  Mojica throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.

Mojica gets on the inside.  Cubero attempts to land a right uppercut, but Mojica slips the shot and counters with a cross.

Mojica has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused a slight cut in the corner of the right eye.  .

Mojica senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Mojica lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head, AND DROPS CUBERO!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Mojica lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head, KNOCKING CUBERO DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Cubero cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Mojica!
