Zaky Faras vs Salamah Tazi

Boxing Daily Report from the Adamafio Promotions promoted show at Casablanca Yusuf, Casablanca,  taking place on 25/03/2032:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Morocco-Grand Casablanca Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SNRT, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zaky Faras (18(2) - 1) who hails from Casablanca, Morocco and Salamah Tazi(19 - 13(3) - 1) from Casablanca, Morocco.  Both Faras and Tazi weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Boutaje Lahoua, and the three ringside judges are Saad Hashemi, Amrane Erraki and Jaul Benayoun.  

Round 1: 

Faras steps inside.  Tazi throws a right hook, but Faras holds on to his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Faras stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Tazi tries to land a cross, but Faras sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Faras closes the distance and drives a right hook into Tazi's body.

Faras lands a right hook.  Faras clinches his opponent.  Tazi uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Faras behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
