Noel Eriksson vs Gustav Rodin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Sweden-Vastra Gotaland promoted show at Gothenburg Ursin, Gothenburg,  taking place on 30/03/2032:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Sweden-Vastra Gotaland Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV4 Sport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Noel Eriksson (13 - 8(1) - 5) who hails from Gothenburg, Sweden and Gustav Rodin(7(5) - 0) from Gothenburg, Sweden.  Eriksson weighed in at 122 pounds, while Rodin weighed in at 121 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ludvig Kallberg, and the three ringside judges are Kevin Dahlberg, Joel Ahlquist and Elias Flodin.  

Round 1: 

Rodin lands with a hard jab.  
Rodin steps inside.  Rodin sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Rodin digs in a stinging left uppercut to his opponents liver.  Rodin ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Rodin pushes his forearm into Eriksson's face.  The ref breaks Rodin's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Eriksson tries to keep the action at long range.  Rodin lands a hard jab.  
Rodin advances into close range.  Rodin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Rodin connects with a spiteful right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE ERIKSSON WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Rodin ties up his opponent.  Rodin leans on his opponent using all his weight. Rodin pushes his forearm into Eriksson's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Rodin.  
Eriksson switches the action to the outside.  Rodin thinks he can end the show early....he's looking to put Eriksson away.  Rodin lands a left uppercut, cross and a left uppercut to his opponents head.  He then lands two right hooks followed by a cross to his opponents head, AND ERIKSSON IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 4.  Eriksson now seems to have got his legs back.  
Rodin manouvers Eriksson into the blue corner.  Rodin lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Rodin holds on to his opponent.  Rodin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Rodin lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Eriksson almost instantly recovers. 
Rodin lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Rodin ties up his opponent.  Rodin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  Eriksson almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Rodin gets on the inside and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Rodin closes the distance.  Rodin sidesteps to the left of his opponent and EXPLODES a MASSIVE left hook into his opponents face.  ERIKSSON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Eriksson recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Rodin lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Rodin steps away from his opponent and lands a jab to the body, a cross to the body and a cross to the head.  
Rodin advances into close range.  Rodin pivots to the right of his opponent.  Eriksson throws a left hook, but Rodin clinches his opponent.  Rodin leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Rodin finds the target with a hard jab.  
Rodin lands a jab.  Rodin attempts to land a right hook, but Eriksson blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Rodin lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Eriksson throws a right hook, but Rodin ties up his opponent.  Rodin uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Eriksson behind the head. 
Rodin is on target with a cross.  
Rodin is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.  
Rodin steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Eriksson switches the action to the outside and tries to land a jab, but Rodin dodges the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Rodin steps inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body, AND SENDS ERIKSSON SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Rodin clinches his opponent.  Rodin is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Rodin senses a stoppage victory - he just needs the right shot.  Rodin lands a right hook followed by a cross to his opponents head.  He then lands a right hook, cross and a right hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS ERIKSSON TO THE CANVAS!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Rodin!
